Terms & Conditions
Rates are quoted in US$ per room per night.
Free daily breakfast for 2 adults.
No charge for children under age of 5 sharing in parent’s room, utilizing existing bedding.

A prepayment of 30% of the global amount is required to confirm the reservation
Reservation cancellation fee :
- at least 20 days before check in date : 15% of the total cost
- at least 10 days before check in date : 30% of the total cost
- at least 03 days before check in date : 100% of the total cost

Payment with CC :
We accept Payment with Visa Card and Master Card but please remember the Banking System in Laos is very unreliable and your card has to be manually cleared and provided with a code. Cash payments are always easier and faster.
Boat transfer rates :
For your comfort we provide a boat transfer service to and from the island. Our boats are insured, equipped with comfortable rattan chairs, safety vests and sun umbrellas. The charge is 6 $US per trip.
