Ban Bagxay is located south from the lodge, on Done Daeng island. The school construction began in 2005 but was never achieved.
Therefore it was a chaotic place for pupils to study : no windows, no hard ground, and poor protection in case of bad weather conditions.
The Lodge achieved the renovation thanks to a total of 6100 USD of donations, and labor from the villagers. The newly renovated school was inaugurated in February 2018 with the prefect of the district.
