Our team is primarily made up of talented individuals from the island, as part of our commitment to local empowerment and sustainable development.

🛎️ Hospitality & Tourism Internships

We regularly welcome interns from hospitality, tourism, or business schools who are eager to dive into the daily life of a boutique hotel in Southeast Asia — where every guest is welcomed with care and intention.
You may assist in reception, guest services, restaurant operations, or back-of-house management.

• Accommodation, meals, laundry & uniform provided

• Internships available from October to March

• Good command of English and/or French preferred

• A curious mind and open heart are essential

• Internships are unpaid, but sales/marketing interns may earn commissions
