The experience focuses on a traditional fishing technique used on Don Daeng. Ask our team about the method and equipment planned for your outing rather than assuming it is a rod-fishing trip.
Are we guaranteed to catch a fish?
No. Fishing depends on the conditions and the day. The outing is also a chance to learn from local fishermen and experience the Mekong from their perspective.
Can the kitchen prepare our catch?
If the catch is suitable, the kitchen can prepare it at the lodge. Please discuss the arrangement and any additional charges with our team before the excursion.
What should we bring?
Bring water and sun protection, and keep phones or cameras protected from splashes. Our team will advise on footwear, equipment and the arrangements for your particular outing.
