In the late afternoon, join us for Sunset Yoga on the beach, a deeply relaxing session designed to mobilize, stretch, and release tension after a full day of excursions and adventures. Practicing as the sun dips behind the Mekong is an unforgettable experience, especially during the dry season when the golden light bathes the river.
Yoga at La Folie Lodge takes place in our dedicated Yoga Shala or directly on the sand, offering a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere.
